Since its inception, many have tried to pin Frevo’s cuisine to a specific region or country, as Chef Franco Sampogna unveils menus that feature an unlimited shelf of spices, herbs, and techniques that are sourced globally to create a cuisine that is not only unique but endlessly creative.
The menu price is $225 per person.
Please note that we cannot accommodate vegetarian, vegan, seafood-free, fish-free, or lactose-free diets. However, with due notice, we can accommodate single-ingredient restrictions.
