THE RESTAURANT

The name, Frevo, comes from ”ferver”, which means in Portuguese “to boil” – a nod to the cooking term that also pays a tribute to the unique boiling atmosphere of New York City.

Frevo serves a modern and unique take on contemporary French cuisine.

Featuring 24 seats only, the restaurant is set up on an intimate counter where guests can have a dining experience overlooking the chef’s work. A private table that can accommodate up to six guests is also available.
